Operation
Clean up nonpolymer nanocomposite materials in solid form

If dry powders are present, use the procedures for cleaning spills of dry powders
If liquids are present, use the procedures for cleaning spills of liquid dispersions

Controls

• Latex or nitrile clean room gloves to minimize contact with nanoparticles that could be exposed on the surface of the nanocomposite

Alternatively, Control Banding  may be employed when more is known about material reactivity, exposure duration and material state.
